(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation reference number is 70RDA125R00000002. This requirement is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). (iii) This RFP and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. (iv) This acquisition is unrestricted. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) Code is 424720, and the Small Business Size Standard is 200 employees. (v) The Contract Line Item Numbers, Items, Quantities, and Units of Measure are: See Attachment (RFP 70RDA125R00000002). The anticipated date for contract award is on or about April 7, 2025. (vi) The Contractor shall provide DHS Emergency Fuel and Services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Readiness Support Officer (OCRSO) in accordance with Attachment (RFP 70RDA125R00000002 Section II).
