The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain Priority Services Scientific, Engineering, and Technical Assistance (PS-SETA) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), as set forth in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Questions shall be submitted no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time on Friday, July 2, 2021. Proposals shall be submitted no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time on Sunday, July 25, 2021. Amendment 1 is released to provide vendors' questions with government responses and to provide an updated Statement of Work dated July 6, 2021.
