The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in Glynco, GA, seeks a small-business contractor to provide new MK-2 “Narrow” Live OC and Inert OC Training Units, or equal, for its Physical Techniques Division. The requirement includes 1,700 live OC units and 6,000 inert OC units, with only new products acceptable and all “equal” items required to meet or exceed the salient characteristics in Attachment A. The Government intends to award one firm-fixed-price purchase order based on technical capability, delivery, and price, with delivery required within 45 calendar days after receipt of order and FOB Destination. Vendors must be active in SAM and submit a quote on company letterhead with pricing, product documentation, completed Attachment A and Attachment B, and a signed SF 1449. The contractor must comply with hazardous material shipping, handling, storage, packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements, with inspection and acceptance at destination.
