This is a total small business set-aside combined synopsis/solicitation for a firm-fixed-price purchase order to design and fabricate twenty 6 ft. x 8 ft. exterior-grade U.S. Government Property warning sign panels with UV-resistant graphics and mounting holes. The contractor must provide a digital proof for Government approval, and all signs must be completed and ready for Government pickup by September 30, 2026. No installation or contractor delivery is required; the Government will collect and deliver the panels to FLETC locations in Glynco, GA; Artesia, NM; Charleston, SC; and Cheltenham, MD. Award will be based on best value, with technical capability and production schedule weighted more heavily than price.
