DHS FLETC GLYNCO - TSA ACADEMY RENOVATION
The project entails comprehensive facility upgrades at the TSA Training Academy, located within FLETC Glynco. Work includes replacing 105 HVAC units, installing 134 ceiling fans and one outdoor canopy fan, and replacing exterior doors with steel double doors. It also involves installing and modifying ADA ramps, repairing soft floor spots in two modular buildings, and installing approximately 6,000 square feet of concrete for the bleacher area. Additional tasks include cleaning trench drains and performing related concrete and drainage improvements. The performance location is FLETC Glynco.
