Existing Asphalt Shingle Roofs have exceeded their useful life, this scope is to remove existing and replace all the Asphalt Shingle roof areas with Standing-seam Metal Roofs. Replacing all the gutters and downspouts as well as repair splash block areas. Provide flashing at the gutter to roof connections with standard flashing and a reinforced acrylic elastomeric roof coating. Varying Proportions of the roof sub-base wood and metal need to be replaced and repaired. These repairs shall be part of the roofing project. This includes all the roof areas including the rear storage low roof areas.
