This combined synopsys/solicitation is for the purchase and installation of four (4) new standalone,Video Surveillance System (VSS), fixed cameras, client workstations, flat panel monitors, video equipment racks and any additional equipment and appurtenances necessary for a fully functional VSS located at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) Building 36 per the attached SOW. Work needs to be completed within 60 days of reciept of the Notice to Proceed. An area diagram of the locations is available once a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is provided to the Contracting Officer at jimmy.dolloff@fletc.dhs.gov. Solicitation extended until 1700 hours EDT on May 16, 2025 to allow potential contractors to review the revised SOW. Changes made to the SOW are indicated in red or blue text. All questions need to be submitted before 1700 hours EDT on May 9th, 2025. Questions recieved after this time, may not be answered. Please submit questions to jimmy.dolloff@fletc.dhs.gov. 5/12/2025 - Q&A posted on SAM.gov with updated SOW. The Contract office will consider any quotes received during the life of the solicitation, but encourage contractors to consider revised quotes that will align with the revised SOW. If multiple quotes are received by a single contractor, the contracting office will only consider the one with the most recent date.
