The purpose of this RFI is to solicit feedback on the draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) as to whether potential vendors would find it sufficient to generate a proposal for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), a Component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The potential requirements cover all the FLETC training delivery points at Glynco, GA; Artesia, NM; Charleston, SC; and Cheltenham, MD. The Government is not responsible for any cost incurred by industry in furnishing this information. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFI, Vendor Day, or Request for Proposal (RFP), if any are issued. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. All submissions will become Government property and will not be returned. Interested vendors are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted, or competition-sensitive information in their responses.
