This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Department of Homeland Security Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 315990 and the business size standard is $26.5. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106. FLETC intends to award on all or none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government.
