General: This is a non-personnel services contract to collection and disposal of solid waste as outlined in the contract and this performance work statement for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) facilities located at Glynco, GA. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to Governm Description of Services/Introduction: The Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, material, equipment, and all other related non-personnel services as required in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) to provide, maintain, and service 90 different sixed dumpsters. Scope: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision as required to provide for collection and disposal services of all solid waste at the FLETC, Glynco, Georgia. Collection and disposal shall be in compliance with the Rules of Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, Chapter 391-3-4, Solid Waste Management, all conditions specified in the Contractor's solid waste Handling Permit, and Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 239 through 279. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) 12 Month Base Year and four (4) 12- month option years. Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) facilities located at 1131 Chapel Crossing Rd, Glynco, GA. Building numbers and locations will be provided after award. Type of Contract: The Government shall issue a firm fixed price single award under FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, using combined procedure under FAR PART 15, Negotiations and FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services Set Aside: this is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business Solid Waste Container Types and Sizes. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, vehicles, and solid waste containers required to meet the terms of this contract. Standard commercial solid waste containers shall be eight (8) cubic yards (CY) with a plastic lid (dumpsters). Roll off type containers shall be twenty (20), thirty (30), forty (40) CY, a thirty-five (35) CY compactor (swill container) to be used at the Dining Hall (Building 75) and a six (6) CY compactor (swill container) at the Student Center (Building 260).
