AMENDMENT 0001 IS RELEASED PROVIDING RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED. PHASE 1 FACTOR 1 PROPOSAL DUE DATE EXTENDED 1 WEEK TO JANUARY 30, 2023, 2:00 P.M. EASTERN TIME Description of Services: Except for Government-Furnished Facilities (GFF), Equipment (GFE), Materials (GFM), Property (GFP), and Services (GFS) specified in Part 3 of this contract, the Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, equipment, materials, transportation, tools, and supplies required to plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all required logistics services and ancillary functions at FLETC/Glynco, GA. These services include, but are not limited to: a. Project Management b. Inter-Office Mail/Parcel Pickup and Delivery Services c. Postal Operations d. Furniture/Equipment Delivery and/or Assembly e. Assets and Logistics Management Support f. On Call Moving g. On Call Support The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This performance-based contract describes the services to be performed as an end result and provides to the Contractor both a standard for acceptable performance and quantities, limits, or areas that the service covers. The Contractor shall be responsible for achieving the stated results. The Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for this contract will be appointed at time of award. During the terms of this contract any changes of the COR will be provided in writing to the Contractor. Normal Hours of Operation: The Contractor shall start the contracted services at 8:00 A.M. and complete the contracted services at 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding Government holidays. Hours for Postal Operations services are specified in Part 5.Due to the nature of training on the Center, access to certain areas (e.g., ATF Range, Mock Port of Entry, Bunkers, Special Use Areas and Danis City) cannot be guaranteed during normal contract work hours. The Contractor shall schedule his/her labor requirements around site usage.
