The scope of performance is to provide web-based online assessment products based on the DISC Theory developed by Dr. William Marston (1928). The online assessment focuses on values/motivators based on the works of Professor Eduard Spranger (1914), using TTI Success Insights assessments: TTI Success Insights Management-Staff and TTI Success Insights Personal Motivation and Engagement. Assessment tools will assess an individual's behavior traits, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and values that motivate them.
