COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: 70LGLY23QGLB00026 This RFQ documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Circular: FAC 2022-06. FLETC has a requirement for Three (3)ea DeWatering Pumps, Supplies and Training. Brand name or equal item (Global Pump SoundGuard 24GSTDPICT4S1SG). Provide manufacturer make/model with detailed specifications and photo/or literature attachments upon quote submission. EqualAvailable for delivery NLT July 3, 2023. The contract will be a firm-fixed price. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ number is 70LGLY23QGLB00026 and must be referenced on any documentation submitted to the Government. This is a commercial item acquisition. This is set aside for Small Business. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333914. All questions concerning this acquisition must be submitted to maritza.l.jenningsy@fletc.dhs.gov by May 3, 2023, 1:00 PM (ET). Questions will be answered via an amendment posted on SAM.GOV. System for Award Management. By submission of a bid, the bidder acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. If the bidder does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered bidder. Bidders may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the SAM database accessed through https://www.usfcr.com. Acceptance of an award certifies that the firm will comply with FAR 52.222-50, Combating Trafficking in Persons, by notifying all employees and subcontractors at all levels. Offerors are to submit quotes in accordance with 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors. Quotes that differ from the instructions listed in 52.212-1 may be considered unresponsive and may not be evaluated nor eligible for award.
