PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Government intends to secure services, labor, and material for Construction Services to repaving of the Memorial Drive between Artesia Avenue and Tucson Avenue. Included in this is replacement and raising of the sidewalks along Memorial drive, between FLETC Drive and Tucson Avenue, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center Glynco, GA. The Contractor shall furnish, all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, supervision, and quality control, necessary to perform the repaving and replacement of sidewalks at Memorial Drive. The construction magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. (This is for planning purposes only and is NOT guaranteed.). The procurement will be solicited under NAICS Code: 324121, Size Standard up to 500. The requirement will result in a Single Firm Fixed Price Contract Award. This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside and will be restricted to small business entities in SBA Region IV (Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee). The solicitation package will be posted to the www.sam.gov website around, August 12, 2022. The contractor remains responsible for checking the website regularly for the solicitation and subsequent amendments.
