The track is approximately ¼ mile in length. Drainage improvements will also be made to track area. The parking lot will also be expanded and made larger with asphalt millings and a new rope fence will be installed around perimeter of parking area. *Magnitude of Construction: BETWEEN $500,000. and $1,000,000. *
