This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside. This Solicitation is restricted to business entities in SBA Region IV (Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee). This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers located at Glynco, GA, is seeking a Contractor to provide all necessary parts and labor to supervise, direct, and accomplish the rehabilitation of the existing cooling towers at FLETC Buildings 103 and Building 272. The requirement will result in a Single Firm Fixed Price Contract Award. This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside and will be restricted to small business entities in SBA Region IV (Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee). The construction magnitude for this requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.00. All notices and solicitation documents applicable to the subject requirement to include project scope and specifications will be made available to small business entities at no cost and will post under solicitation 70LGLY22RSSB00007, Rehabilitate Cooling Towers, FLETC, Glynco. The solicitation for this project will be released on or around July 8, 2022, and proposals will be due 30 days after notice of solicitation. The contract duration will be for a period not to exceed 120 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.
