COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: STUDENT MEALS SERVICES, GLYNCO, GA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for STUDENT MEALS SERVICES, a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This commercial item acquisition is set-aside for Small Business. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310, $41.5 MILLION. System for Award Management. By submission of a bid, the bidder acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. If the bidder does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered bidder. Bidders may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the SAM database accessed through https://www.sam.gov. All questions concerning this acquisition must be submitted no later than Wednesday, September 7, 2022:2:00 pm (ET) via email to Sheila.Henley@FLETC.DHS.GOV, reference 70LGLY22QGLB00111. The questions will be answered via an amendment posted on SAM.GOV. This RFQ documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Circular: FAC 2021-06. Acceptance of an award certifies that the firm will comply with FAR 52.222-50, Combating Trafficking in Persons, by notifying all employees and subcontractors at all levels.
