This posting is to post Amendment 0002 that cancels this RFQ. This posting is to post Amendment 0001 for this RFQ. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for lodging of students as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please download and read the entire attached RFQ. The RFQ number is 70LGLY22QGLB00051 and must be referenced on any documentation submitted to the Government. This commercial item acquisition will be full and open competition with a geographical restriction. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110. This acquisition is expected to result in multiple awards. This is a full and open competition with geographical area restrictions for an area within 40 driving miles from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) Front Gate. Acquiring hotel/motel rooms for students training at FLETC when on Center dorms are at capacity. The Government has a requirement for needing an estimated 600 rooms during the months of July 1, 2022, through September 30, 2022, for lodging students. This number is subject to change based on class changes and cancellations. The number is total rooms and will be broken down by class. At this time the Government does not know the specific arrival dates or departure dates because classes are still registering. Specific classes with number of students, arrival dates, and departure dates will not be finalized until the third week in the preceding month. Classes will arrive at different dates though out the months of July through September 2022. Rooms will be ordered for the amount of students in one (1) class. Thus, multiple awards are expected.
