This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation 70LGLY21QGLB00122 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside and the associated NAICS code 333120 with Size Standard 750. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. REQUIREMENT: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) located in Glynco, GA has brand name or equal requirement for Spider Excavator and Attachments. Pricing shall be inclusive of all associated charges and delivery fees. Offeror quoting “equal” product must meet minimum Salient Characteristics. Provide manufacturer make/model with detailed specifications and photo/or literature attachments upon quote submission. Failure to provide this information prior to the closing date and time of this RFQ will result in non-responsive quote. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items.
