The orginial posting in description is below: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for video production services as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is 70LGLY21QGLB00107 and MUST be referenced on any documentation submitted to the Government. The intent of the contract is to obtain video production services for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), Media Support Branch (MSB), 1131 Chapel Crossing Road Glynco, GA 31524, by means of a performance-based contract. The Media Support Branch produces high-quality training videos for federal, international, and local law enforcement agencies. The purpose of these videos is to show a new Instructor the scenarios and what to expect from the students as they respond and handle the situation. These videos will show the proper investigative techniques and how to properly respond to a traffic violation or criminal offense. These videos will require the film crew to capture law enforcement officers conducting investigations and, interviewing civilian witnesses and suspects.
