This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Air Conditioning Units and components prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 (c) (2) (i) and synopsis shall be IAW 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation 70LGLY21QGLB00106 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% for Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423740. The business size standard is $100 Million. The solicitation is a request for Air Conditioning Units and components at Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center located in Glynco, GA. This requirement will be a firm-fixed price award. The period of performance award will be from September 28, 2021 to November 26, 2021. Offers are due no later than September 28, 2021, by 12:30PM EST. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition proposals shall include the following four (4) items: 1) A completed SF 1449 form, 2) FAR 52.222-50 Combating Trafficking in Persons compliance statement, 3) Check Block for 3052.209-70 Prohibition on contracts with corporate expatriates and 4) Acknowledgement of any Amendments. BASIS FOR AWARD: The award provides only for firm-fixed priced orders awarded to the lowest price offeror. Intent is to award without discussion, but Government reserves right to conduct them if prudent.
