Building dimensions are 100 feet (ft.) long x 120 ft. wide x 20 high ft. eave. These are minimum dimensions. Maximum roof pitch of 2:12. Four personnel doors shall be included in the design and manufacture. Locate on each side or as determined by the government. Both 120 ft. walls will be framed to accommodate the roll up door openings with a minimum of 20 ft. wide x 16 ft. tall centered on each wall. Offerors shall provide a statement of compliance with FAR 52.222-50, Combating Trafficking in Persons, requirements and confirm subcontractors will accomplish a statement of compliance upon award. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this request for quote (RFQ) or solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management www.sam.gov website; IAW FAR 52.212.1(k). Provide detailed specifications and literature attachments upon quote submission. This notice is a total set aside for Small Business.
