The intent of this notice is to provide the pre-solicitation synopsis for upcoming project at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, 1131 Chapel Crossing Road, Glynco, GA, to install one modular restroom include septic tank and septic field. The work includes, but is not limited to adjusting the drainage flow of the existing site along with installing new building drainage piping; and cleaning out all of the existing swales down to a depth and slope that will reestablish positive flow to existing inverts. In addition, providing a concrete slab under the canopy along with various sidewalks; providing new electrical service for modular; providing localized foundations for modular building supports; providing water and sewer service to modular, which includes paying all associated, tap fees along with any connection charges; providing, assembling and installing all furnishings and providing additional sidewalk for modular restroom. This acquisition being solicit as a 100% small business. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 million. The magnitude of this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance shall be for 244 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This will be a firm-fixed price construction contract. This requirement will be procured utilizing sealed bidding procedures from Federal Acquisition Regulation part 14. This is a new procurement it does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists.
