Question: Is the information contained in the special note posted on Beta.Sam on November 3, 2020, incorporated into the 70LGLY20RGLB00004 Roleplayer RFP? Answer: Yes. Question: Is there a typo in the Amendment 08? SF 30 shows ending 07/31/2025 and Section F ending on 09/30/2025. Answer: The period of performance on SF30 is a computer generated error. The period of performance in Section F is correct. This is a special note for this acquisition to provide claification that the signed SF30 and separate statement concerning price is not part of the 21 page limit for Phase 2 proposals. This is a special note for this acquisition to provide claification that if a table of contents is added to the proposal for Amendment 00008; then it shall be counted towards the page number limit unless it is part of the cover page. NOTE: beta.sam still has Wofford but it has changed to Johnson. This is a solicitation for Roleplayer services for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco, Georgia. Services include furnishing personnel, supervision, management, office equipment, materials, and supplies required to provide Roleplayer Services at FLETC, Glynco, campus. Roleplayers provide law enforcement training using realistic, situational training through execution of approved exercises and scenarios. This acquisition will be conducted under the auspices of the DHS Procurement Innovation Lab (PIL). The PILis a virtual lab that experiments with innovative techniques for increasing efficiencies in the procurement process and institutionalizing best practices. There is nothing you need to do differently for this requirement. After an award(s), the PIL project team may reach out to successful and unsuccessful offerors to assess effectiveness of the procurement process and the innovative techniques applied.
