This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Recreational Intramural Sports Officials services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 (c) (2) (i) and synopsis shall be IAW 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation 70LGLY20QGLB00065 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80 (Effective January 29, 2015). This procurement is being issued as a 100% for Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711219. The business size standard is $11 million. The solicitation is a request for Recreational Intramural Sports Officials services at Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center located in Glynco, GA. This requirement will be a firm-fixed price contract with a base plus 4 option years. The period of performance will be from October 01, 2020 to September 30, 2025. BASIS FOR AWARD: This will be a firm-fixed priced lowest price offeror. Intent is to award without discussion, but Government reserves right to conduct them if prudent.
