This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation 70LGLY20QGLB00039 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-05. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside and the associated NAICS code 334513 with Size Standard 500. REQUIREMENT: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), Facilities Management Division (FMD) has a requirement for inspection of forty-seven (47) Boilers located at 1131 Chapel Crossing Rd, Glynco, GA 31524 (within the Brunswick, GA area). All work shall be performed by inspectors that holds a National Board Commission and Certificate of Competency from the State of Georgia. Companies shall be accredited by the National Board of Boiler Inspectors (NBBI) or equivalent. All work shall be done in accordance to American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and NBBI Guidelines. Work to be performed on federal secured facility. The FLETC will issue all applicable contractors, a FLETC ID badge which depicts authorized access to a FLETC facility upon meeting proof of identification and background – clearance criteria. Period of Performance: Base Period 07/01/2020 – 06/30/2021 and 4 Options Years See Solicitation attachments for requirement details. Offerors shall submit firm-fixed pricing inclusive of all cost required by this solicitation. 2. Offerors shall submit Capability Statement of qualification requirements to perform tasks outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
