Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and supplies to resurface two (2) outdoor pools located at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco, GA. 1.2 These outdoor swimming pool facilities are in need of repair due to untreated ground water from recent hurricanes. The deteriorated conditions at these facilities create an unsafe/unhealthy environment for the students housed in the adjacent dorm buildings. 1.3 The land area in this location has high water table condition; therefore, a well point system is required, as the pools will need to be completely drained to perform the necessary repairs and prevent structural floating.
