This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format, in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will note be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 70LGLYl9QGLB00046. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circu1ar Number 2005-89, dated July 14, 2016. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. A single award will be made. Prepare and install two (2) 275-gallon capacity doubled walled synthetic oil tanks (each will hold/distribute a different grade of oil) at building 205. Each tank will have a transfer system for the transfer of oil from standalone 55-gallon drums. One (1) tank will connect to an existing vehicle bay oil delivery system with eleven (11) delivery points (mounted hose reel, hose, and oil meter/dispenser already installed), and a second distribution system with eleven (11) delivery points (each of the eleven (11) points will mimic the existing system - to be installed side-by-side of the existing mounted hose reels (these eleven (11) points are new) and will need to be installed and connected to the second tank.
