70LGLY22RSSB00014 Sources Sought Notification Replace Two Hot Water Boilers, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information only. This is not a Solicitation Announcement, nor is it a Request for Proposal. This request does not obligate the government in any contract award. Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco GA, is conducting preliminary research to determine the market capabilities of potential contractors to complete work to Replace Two Hot Water Boilers. Any contractor interested in performing such work, must be able to perform the activities described below. This requirement is to demo the two existing electrical boilers and replace with new like-in-kind boilers. The existing boilers are Chemline Model # VB450FTB640C3-RL. The vendor must be able to install boilers per manufacturer’s specifications and provide necessary modifications to existing piping, wiring, power, and controls as necessary to insure complete and useable equipment operation. *Magnitude of Construction: Between $250,000 and $500,000. * All interested firms with 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air conditioning Contractors, as an approved NAICS code have until Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 10:00 am (Eastern Time) to submit the following information: ? Name & Address of your Firm ? Point of Contact (name/phone/email) ? Business Size, Large Business, Small Business to include designation as HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman-Owned Business, and large business. ? Bonding capability-both single and aggregate ? Evidence of capabilities to perform comparable Running Track Resurfacing and or Asphalt Milling Parking Lot Repair on one recent project (not more than five years old). Include project name and key/salient features of the project, completion date, total contract value, and your company’s level of involvement in the project. Please provide at least one point of contact (with email address and phone number) for project validation. ? Firm’s capability to perform, to include geographic location and project size.
