Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco GA, is conducting preliminary research to determine the market capabilities of potential contractors to complete work to Replace Two Hot Water Boilers. Any contractor interested in performing such work, must be able to perform the activities described below. This requirement is to demo the two existing electrical boilers and replace with new like-in-kind boilers. The existing boilers are Chemline Model # VB450FTB640C3-RL. The vendor must be able to install boilers per manufacturer’s specifications and provide necessary modifications to existing piping, wiring, power, and controls as necessary to insure complete and useable equipment operation. *Magnitude of Construction: Between $250,000 and $500,000. * All interested firms with 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air conditioning Contractors, as an approved NAICS code have until Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 10:00 am (Eastern Time) to submit the following information: ? This is not a Solicitation Announcement, nor is it a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid. This notice does not obligate the government in any contract award. Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco GA, is posting a preliminary notice to potential HUBZone contractors to complete work on the Building 256 Running Track Resurface and Parking Lot Enlargement Requirement. Any HUBZone certified contractor interested in performing such work, must be able to perform the activities described below. This requirement is for the resurfacing and lane painting of the running track at Building 256 and adding a one (1) foot wide concrete border, on both the inside and outside of the track. The track is approximately ¼ mile in length. Drainage improvements will also be made to track area. The parking lot will also be expanded and made larger with asphalt millings and a new rope fence will be installed around perimeter of parking area. *Prior experience performing work on resurfacing running tracks and or asphalt milling parking lots are preferred * *Magnitude of Construction: BETWEEN $500,000. and $1,000,000. * All interested firms with 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, as an approved NAICS code. Work will be performed at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in GLYNCO, GA 31524 Tentative date for Solicitation Release on SAM.GOV is on or around July 18, 2022. The solicitation will be posted for a minimum of 30 days. This will be an Invitation for Bid. Drawings and Specifications will be posted to SAM.GOV along with the solicitation. A tentative site visit will be held on or around July 25, 2022. Specifics will be announced with the solicitation. This Requirement with be a HUBZone Set-aside.
