The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other necessary items for non-hazardous integrated solid waste and recycling disposal at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). Performance will be at 9000 Commo Rd., Cheltenham, Maryland 20588. All work must comply with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, standards, instructions, general practices, and requirements needed to meet the Performance Work Statement goals.
