Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Government is seeking firm-fixed-price quotes for two 18-inch speed display radar trailers and two 50-watt solar panels to power them. Each trailer must have a high-intensity amber or multi-color LED display visible up to 1,000 feet and a dual-direction radar system with selectable or disableable approaching/departing measurement. The power setup must include a 50-watt monocrystalline solar panel on a bracket, at least one deep-cycle marine/AGM battery bank of roughly 80–100 Ah for 7–14 days without sunlight, and an onboard smart charger with AC shore power outlet. Construction requirements include a heavy-duty welded steel trailer chassis, retractable adjustable jacks/stabilizers, lockable steel battery/controller enclosure, and a shatter-resistant UV-stabilized Lexan or polycarbonate display window. Controls must be in a locked enclosure and support local operation, automatic ambient-light brightness adjustment, and an auto shutoff after one hour of use to prevent battery drain.
