The service includes submitting a detailed assessment checklist of deficiencies and a line-item cost estimate for corrections. Inspection coverage must include mounting, isolators, filters, burner, gas train, breeching, combustion air, boiler internals, chemical treatment, fans, sight glass, water/gas piping, valves, electrical connections, safety circuits, control systems, firing sequences, interlocks, safety controls, flame safeguards, low water cutout, and pressure/temperature gauges. The contractor must also test the safety relief valve and ensure all gas sensors communicate correctly with the Building Automation System (BAS). Bidders are responsible for verifying all site conditions and quantities prior to bid submission.
