It is the intention of this procurement to provide a contract vehicle for various construction, alteration, and repair of Government facilities at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) by means of a single indefinite delivery/indefinite quantities (IDIQ) contract for a period of up to five (5) years (12-month base period and four 12-month option periods). Projects will be issued as individual task orders under the resulting contract.
