This solicitation is for the purchase of role player services to be provided for law enforcement training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center located at Cheltenham, Maryland. The resulting award will be a 5 year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Services will be required immediately following award as scheduled training begins in October 2020. This solicitation is restricted to 8(a) contractors who are currently active in the Small Business Administation's program. If interested, submit your quote electronically to terry.gragg@fletc.dhs.gov by no later than 2 PM (EDT), 14 September 2020. Your quoted unit prices shall be fully burdened and shall be honored for the full 5 year contract.
