The functional areas requiring support include Transportation and project management. This requirement is set-aside as a competitive Small Business set aside. The NAICS Code is 485113 with a small business size standard of $32.5 million. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract with indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) line items. The period of performance for this contract shall consist of one base year from date of award through December 31, 2025 plus four one year option periods. Anticipated period of performance award start date 1/1/2025. FLETC is providing a Draft solicitation for vendors to know what's coming ahead.
