Award estimated by Late Feb, Early March ***Update*** Q&A posted. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers located in Artesia, NM has a requirement for Student Support Services. The functional areas requiring support include project management, vehicle repair and maintenance, driver training support services, and firearms support services. These services include vehicle maintenance and repair for FLETC and partnering organizations training and transport vehicles. Driver Training support services to include range set ups and fueling requirements and firearms services to include range set ups, and weapon cleaning and repair. This requirement is set-aside as a competitive Small Business set aside. The NAICS Code is 561210 with a small business size standard of $47.0 million. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract with indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) line items. The period of performance for this contract shall consist of one base year from date of award through December 31, 2025 plus four one year option periods. Anticipated period of performance award start date 1/1/2025. FLETC is providing a Draft solicitation for vendors to know what's coming ahead. The Government has allotted an estimated 8 days for vendors to provide any remaining questions once the final solicitation is released. Government evaluates Offerors Phase 1 Submissions and determines Advisory Notification designation 7 calendar days after Phase 1 due date. Contracting Officer distributes Advisory Notification Letters 7 calendar days after Government determination. Phase 2 Quotes/Proposal Due (slides and pricing) October 25, 2024. Phase 2 Oral Presentation November 1 – November 3, 2024. Government conducts Oral Presentations approximately 3 to 7 to calendar days after Phase 2 Submission due date.
