The magnitude of this requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The period of performance shall be for 252 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This will be a firm-fixed price construction contract. This requirement will be procured utilizing sealed bidding procedures from Federal Acquisition Regulation part 14. This is a new procurement it does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists.
