COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for PUBLIC RECORDS SEARCH Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number is 70FBTX20Q00000002 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). FEMA has determined a need for a Public Records Search subscriptions. This solicitation incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04, effective January 15, 2020. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Government contemplates awarding one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation to the offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is the lowest evaluated price meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. To be considered for award you must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration by the closing date of this solicitation.
