FEMA/DHS intends to award a single contract under simplified acquisition procedures to restore storm-erosion damaged areas to pre-storm conditions and incorporate mitigation measures to reduce future erosion risk. Work will be performed at 250 Fleming Road, Lahaina, HI 96761, and the requirement is 100% set aside for small business; offerors must be active in SAM.gov, be local to Maui County, and certify specified attachments. The RFQ was released November 2, 2026; site-visit attendance requests are due by 2:00 PM HST on November 4, 2026, with the site visit at 1:00 PM HST on November 6, 2026 at the Lahaina site. Questions are due by 2:00 PM HST on November 9, 2026, and answers will be provided by 11:00 AM HST on November 10, 2026.
