The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is considering the issuance of a firm fixed price purchase order for an urgent requirement for one (1) copier at the Area Field Office in support of disaster relief operations for DR4683-CA. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FEMA is issuing a written solicitation in accordance with FAR Subparts 13.106-1 and Subpart 12.6. The solicitation number 70FBR923Q00000010 is being issued for a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01. Quote Submission Instructions Responses to this Request for Quote are due electronically to Demetria.carter@fema.dhs.gov and cc: Tiffany.young@fema.dhs.gov no later than 3:00 pm PST, on Thursday, March 2, 2023. This solicitation requires an active registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Evaluation Factors The vendor shall provide a response in accordance with all requirements of the attached statement of work. Factor 1. Technical To provide a copier in accordance with the Performance Work Statement Factor 2. Delivery Schedule The contractor shall provide earliest delivery schedule, date and time for (1) copier rental, supplies, maintenance, and services at 75 Fair Oaks Ave, Pasadena, CA 91103. Factor 3. Price The contractor shall complete a pricing chart which includes the necessary supplies and service as requested in the performance work statement. Factor 4. Local Area Set Aside as set forth in provisions FAR 52.226-3, 52.226-4, and 52.226-5 Factor 5: Past Performance The contractor shall provide 3 references which demonstrates work similar in size, scope, and complexity to this requirement.
