T... The US territory of Guam has experienced extreme wind and flooding on Wednesday May 24, 2023 with Super Typhoon Mawar. Guam experienced moderate to severe damage to residences, displacing residents. To address the needs for sheltering and recovery, FEMA is authorizing Direct Federal Assistance for the Emergency Temporary Roofing Program. Where safe and practicable, the Emergency Temporary Roofing Program may enable residents to return to or remain in their homes as a form of shelter while permanent repairs are completed. In agreement with United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), FEMA will procure and deliver roofing build material for temporary roofing program use. The contractor shall supply building materials as described in the temporary roofing mission Build of Material (BoM) list.
