The purpose of this requirement is to procure at least one (1), and up to six (6) housing projects. The contractor shall provide all supervision, materials, labor, supplies, permits, licenses, transportation, travel, and equipment necessary to construct Cast-in-Place (CIP) houses located in Saipan. Construction consists of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom houses using designs, drawings, specifications, and submittal register provided by the Government and services provided in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated May 5, 2022 - This will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract (FFP). The evaluation Criteria will be specified in the solicitation - the method of selection will be Best Value Trade Off (BVTO) - this means that non-priced factors are aproximently equal to price or cost. This Requirement is being restricted by authority of the Stafford Act to Small Businesses that are currently licensed to perform construction of residential homes and located within the Commonwealth of the Marianna Islands (CNMI). The requirement is broken into two (2) phases - Phase one (1) 90 days to complete and obtain all designs and permits. Phase two (2) will be the physical construction of the homes - a separate NTP will be issued at each Phase. The Site Visit will be on 29 July 8:00AM at the construction site. Questions/RFI's are due by 12:01PM 2 August 2022, Proposals are due on 8 August 2022 at 2:00PM ( all times listed are local CNMI Time) The Government also reserves the right to Not Exercise, or just Partially Exercise the option, during the Period of Performance
