Requirement Title: Permanent Housing Construction Repairs Location: DR-4404-Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) Brief Description of Work: The contractor shall provide all supervision, materials, labor, permits, licenses, designs, and equipment necessary to repair approximately 20 homes or more, that were damaged by Typhoon Yutu during October 2018. Place of Performance: Repairs will take place in Saipan Period of Performance: Base: 180 calendar days The magnitude of construction requirement ranges between $1M to $5M. The Government anticipates awarding Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)contract to a responsive / responsible construction contractor. In accordance with FAR Subpart 26.202-2 Evaluation Preference, the Government issuing an evaluation preference for Local Contractors. One (1) Site Visit is scheduled from 02/24/2020 to 02/28/2020 to view each repair. A Bid Guarantee is required for this solicitation and is 20% of the total price or $3M, whichever is less.
