FEMA Permanent Housing Construction Repairs – Crow Tribe of Montana (DR-4847) Virtual Industry Day
FEMA is seeking qualified contractors to repair approximately 25 properties on the Crow Tribe of Montana reservation as part of a Permanent Housing Construction program following a severe storm. The work includes site inspections, cost estimates, habitability repairs, utility connections, and compliance with federal, tribal, and environmental requirements. Contractors must adhere to the Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) and demonstrate experience with tribal projects and residential construction. Evaluation will be based on technical approach, past performance, and price. Registration for the Industry Day must be completed by Wednesday, January 10, 2026.
