These reports will be utilized to better understand and identify areas for improvement of Preparedness activities in FEMA Region 8. The research reports will assist FEMA in understanding the successes and shortcoming of preparedness for disasters across Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, and the 29 federally recognized tribes, within R8. This information will inform future Regional operations and processes to better-prepare individuals and communities in Region 8.
