This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be published for this requirement, in which proposals are being requested. Solicitation #70FB8023R00000006 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15 for Travel Trailers, as defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). IAW FAR 52.226-3 (Notice of Disaster or Emergency Set-Aside) This combined synopsis/solicitation is being set aside for business residing or primarily doing business in counties identified in Presidential Declaration (DR-4673-FL): Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Hardee, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Pinellas, and Sarasota Counties and the State of Florida. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for 550 Travel Trailers, of various sleeping capacities from 2 to 5 (more) people, as outlined in the SOW. Travel Trailers must meet all requirements of the SOW. Prices proposed shall be inclusive of shipping/transportation. Delivery requirements are included in the attached synopsis/solicitation and SOW. Please be advised, funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government’s obligation under this request is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for any resultant contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government will not accept proposals that are in shared drives or other web-based storage sites; documents must be attached to the email.
