The U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency's Office of the Chief Procurment Officer (OCPO) requests that you submit a price quote on available inventory in response to this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in acordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this emergency requirement is to provide one (1) travel trailer available for immediate purchase to FEMA, which will be used as part of FEMA's temporary housing mission in response to DR-4421-Iowa. The Government intends to award a single purchase order contract for this requirement. The period of performance shall be indicated on the contract. DELIVERY WILL BE REQUIRED WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF AWARD. Solicitation #70FBR719Q00000023 shall be referenced on all quotations submitted in response to this solicitation. Questions are due by 12:00pm on Monday, July 1, 2019. Responses will be posted via a solicitation amendment. The NAICS code and small business size standard for this procurement are 441210 and $32.5 million respectively. The requirement is a small business, local area-set for those vendors residing in, or primarily doing business in, the state of Iowa. Other others will not be considered. The award of contract under this solicitation will be on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, using the procedures prescribed in the evaluation factors listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). An Electronic copy of the qoutes shall be received no later than 5:00 pm CST, on Monday, July 1st, 2019 to Lisa Thibodeaux, Contracting Officer at lisa.thibodeaux@fema.dhs.gov.
