Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. All licenses must be valid OEM or publisher-authorized entitlements. All cable supplies must be new, genuine OEM products. All quoted items must be TAA compliant, as applicable. The range of affordability is $47,000.00. This amount is for affordability purposes only and is not a ceiling or floor.
