An updated Solicitation (v2) has been posted stating that the PPQs only are not due until Monday, 11/13/23 at 12:00 noon, CST. The filename for the new Solicitation is: 2.2.1 Solicitation (v2) - 70FBR624R00000002 - SF1449 and Terms -(MDC - DR-4559-4570-LA), see section L(3), page 66. NOTE: When submitting proposals, please reference the solicitation number (RFP # 70FBR624R00000002) in the email subject line. There are fewer pages in the solicitation because blank spaces were deleted, therefore, the solicitation went from 82 pages to 72 pages. ***** Update 11/7/2023 ********** Attachment 8 - Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) is being added to the solicitation. This PPQ should be sent to the Jules Shabazz (Contracting Officer) via email at jules.shabazz@fema.dhs.gov by the proposal due date. See file named " 1.15.1 Questions-Answers 70FBR624R00000002 -103023" for Question and Answer responses. **************************************** The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for the Maintenance and Deactivation of approximately 350 Temporary Transportable Housing Units (TTHUs) in support of DR-4559-LA (Hurricane Laura) and DR-4570-LA (Hurricane Delta) housing mission. This is a total Small Business set-aside. This is also a local area set aside for business residing or primarily doing business in specific parishes within the state of Louisiana. - Questions are due Friday, October 27, 2023 at 12:00 pm CST - Proposals are due Friday, November 10, 2023 at 12:00 pm, CST NOTE: There is no attachment 4 in the list of documents
