From the Date of Award thru three months, plus 3 additional 3-month extensions. Summary: The purpose of this requirement is to obtain contracted services for leasing, maintenance and supplies for three (6) Multi-Functional Devices (MFD), one (6) color, networked copiers/scanners/printers for DHS / FEMA 5300 South Meridian Avenue Oklahoma City, OK 73119. This is a request for contract services to maintain and lease the MFD units. It is outlined in the following requirements. Requirements: GSA FSSI Print Management award, Functional Area II – Managed Print Services. • Prefer new and unused machines. Re-furbished machines will be accepted with service guarantee • 35PPM Digital • Scan to e-mail, desktop, network file server and searchable PDF. • 1200 x 1200 dpi printing • Total Paper capacity 3,000 sheets o 2 x 500 Sheet Paper Drawers, o 100 Sheet Duplexing Single Pass Feeder, o 100-Sheet Bypass Tray o large capacity tray - min 2,000 sheets o Maximum paper 11”x17” • Inner Finisher / 3 positions / 50 sheets • FLAT RATE FULL-SERVICE MAINTENANCE included. • Includes all Parts, Photoconductors Labor & all Consumable items except Staples & Paper. • Monthly copies are estimated to be between 10,000 each machine. • Minimum of 1 training session for each machine with the key operator for that machine. Dates and times to be scheduled after award. • Includes Government to keep hard drives at end of lease (if equipped with a HD). • High Solution Color Scanning Capability. • 24-hour response time for all requests for maintenance and repairs Delivery and Installation: The Contractor shall deliver and install MFDs within five calendar days from the date of award.
